As Judge Commissioner for Judges Culver, Snow and Marshall, Judge Sirk presided over both criminal and civil trials. In December, Governor Eric Holcomb appointed Scott Sirk as Circuit Court Judge for the remaining 12 and a half months of Judge Culver’s term. Judge Scott Sirk and his wife Diane live in New Palestine and they have three children. Scott received his undergraduate and master degrees from Ball State University, and graduated from Indiana University at Indianapolis School of Law in 1988. Judge Scott Sirk’s broad and diverse legal background made him easily stand out among the candidates.
